If this is an emergency, please call 911.

To summon help in an emergency call 911. Your call will be answered by the Douglas County Dispath Center. When the call is answered, and the telecommunicator at the Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) will gather the details of your situation. When the dispatcher learns that you need assistance from the fire department, the department is dispatched via pagers and cell phones, which notifies the department members of the emergency.

Routine Business

If you wish to contact the department, and it is not an emergency, call the department business line at 541-679-1882, or fill out the form below. If you do not get an answer, you can leave a message and a department representative will return your call within a few days. Remember, we only have one full time employee and the station is not always staffed due to emergencies and other business within the district. It may take time for us to get your message.
