NOTICE OF SPECIAL BOARD MEETING
EXECUTIVE SESSION

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Tenmile Rural Fire District will hold a Special Board Meeting in Executive Session on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.

Location:
Tenmile Rural Fire District Station

The Board will meet in Executive Session with legal counsel to discuss a personnel matter pursuant to applicable Oregon Public Meetings Law provisions.

The executive session will be held pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(f)  - To consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection.

This Executive Session is closed to the public except as otherwise permitted by law. No final decisions will be made in Executive Session. Any decisions resulting from discussions in Executive Session will be made in open session as required by Oregon law.
